We supply hot forged components in their as-forged state — straight from the die, ready for your in-house machining or further processing. Produced through closed-die forging, each part delivers consistent geometry, repeatable dimensional accuracy and reliable material integrity across the entire production run. Available in a wide range of aluminium alloys and non-ferrous metals, our as-forged components are tailored to your technical specifications and delivery requirements.
IN-HOUSE THERMAL PROCESSING FOR FORGED ALUMINUM PARTS
Research and experience over the past decades have led the company to refine different types of heat treatments in terms of temperature and timing, with the aim of best meeting the specific needs of our customers.
Different types of heat treatments
For aluminum hot-forged parts in the different alloys, heat treatment is required to improve their mechanical characteristics and obtain the required performance. The typical heat treatment to obtain the required mechanical properties of aluminum alloys is the so-called T6, consisting of solution heat treatment and artificial aging, defined by the standards of all aluminum alloys. Our in-house furnaces allow us to perform a full range of aluminium heat treatments — T4, T6, T7 and T8 — delivering components with the precise mechanical properties required by each application, without relying on external suppliers for this critical phase of the production cycle.
