Machined forgings

FROM BILLET
TO FINISHED PART.

We combine hot forging with precision machining to deliver components ready for assembly or direct use. Our closed-die forging process — covering all type of non-ferrous metals — is fully integrated with our machining capabilities, ensuring full traceability and reduced lead times under a single responsible supplier.

MACHINING CAPABILITIES
FOR FORGED COMPONENTS IN NON-FERROUS METALS

Our 4,800 sqm machining department is equipped to handle medium and large components in forged, bar and slab formats — from a few hundred grams up to several hundred kilograms, with dimensions up to 4 meters in length.
Our fleet includes 5-axis machining centres with a 4×3 m worktop and a load-bearing capacity of up to 25 tons, and horizontal axis machining centres with a maximum pallet load of 4,000 kg — allowing us to tackle both complex geometries and large-scale parts across a wide range of sector applications.

Our array of machines includes:

  • Horizontal CNC machines with 1250×1250 pallets and a working area of 2100x1650x1400
  • Portal CNC machines with a 5000x3000x1500 table and 5-axis tilting head
  • Vertical CNC machine with a 2500x950x850 table.
  • Dedicated fixtures for the milling of the various parts are also designed and manufactured internally.

SURFACE FINISHING AS PART
OF OUR MACHINED FORGING SERVICE

To reduce your supply chain complexity, we offer surface finishing as an integral part of our machined forging service — managing the entire process under a single point of contact.
Our in-house capabilities include shot blasting for surface preparation and anodizing for aluminium components requiring protection or aesthetic finishing. For polishing, painting and coating, we rely on a network of qualified external partners — ensuring the same level of quality control and traceability throughout.

QUALITY & DIMENSIONAL CONTROL OF MACHINED COMPONENTS

Every machined component is inspected using our 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) — high-precision instruments for dimensional verification of parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances.
Using contact probes and advanced analysis software, our CMMs perform micrometric three-dimensional measurements, comparing the acquired data directly against technical drawings and CAD models. This allows us to verify compliance with specifications and identify any deviations before delivery — ensuring every part leaves our facility within the agreed tolerances.
