Les pi\u00e8ces en aluminium estamp\u00e9es \u00e0 chaud dans les diff\u00e9rents alliages doivent subir un traitement thermique pour obtenir les caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques et les performances requises. Le traitement thermique typique pour obtenir les caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques requises des alliages d’aluminium est ce que l’on appelle le T6, qui consiste en un traitement thermique de mise en solution et un vieillissement artificiel, d\u00e9fini dans les normes pour tous les alliages d’aluminium.<\/p>\n

Depuis environ deux ans, nous nous sommes \u00e9quip\u00e9s de fours suppl\u00e9mentaires qui nous permettent d’effectuer diff\u00e9rents types de traitements des pi\u00e8ces en interne T4 – T6 – T7 – T8, afin de donner aux pi\u00e8ces les caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques exig\u00e9es par le client.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
